I highly recommend Anchor Eye Center for all your eye care needs. When I entered the office, Melissa quickly checked me in and was friendly and courteous. I waited no longer than a few minutes before Dr. Bortz was ready to see me, greeting me with a friendly smile. I especially loved how Dr. Bortz really took her time to listen to my concerns and symptoms and explained my condition as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.​​​​​​​

A really positive eye exam. Dr. Bortz did all the checks, explained what she was doing, and answered questions, all in a warm and professional manner. The receptionist was great - had the insurance info from the original call and printed the new prescription. Wheelchair friendly. Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I started going to Anchor Eye Care!!! My first impression of the office was that the receptionist was professional and welcoming, as well as the entire atmosphere in the office. I can’t say enough of how positive my visits have been. Dr. Bortz is very experienced and knowledgeable in Optometry, she is also a very compassionate and caring doctor. Dr. Bortz and her staff run a truly a great optometrist office. They works well with kids and adults and take time to answer questions and concerns. For anyone who needs an eye exam or glasses, I recommend Anchor Eye Center.

I was extremely pleased with my visit today. The exam was thorough, and the doctor very knowledgeable and answered any questioned I had. Prices were reasonable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
